After 5,000 or more years Energy/Bio-Field/Spiritual Healing is finally becoming more and more accepted. With Einstein and the discovery of quantum physics, the scientific view of reality supports the idea that we are composed of energy fields. The use of faith healing, or the laying-on of the hands to heal human illness dates back thousands of years in history. Evidence for its use in ancient Egypt is found in the Ebers Papyrus dated at around 1552 BC. More than 60 U.S. hospitals have adopted Reiki or some form of healing touch as part of patient services, according to a UCLA study, and Reiki education is offered at 800 hospitals.
The Healing Touch Professional Association estimates that more than 30,000 nurses in U.S. hospitals use touch practices every year.
I, along with many others believe that most, if not all physical and mental ailments, disease and discomforts originates from the inside out. The energy and spirit of a person's internal/emotional life will manifest on the outside. A ripple effect of energy that when slowed down becomes a solid, when flowing freer is a effervescent--remember science class? Think about it for the body, why would this principle be any different?
HEAL on a deeper energetic level and change the frequencies in your body.
The spiritual wellness of a person is the focus, we are not talking about religion or some external identifier of happiness. When we are born we are pure, vibrant energy and as we grow we have experiences that dampen our spirit. Meaning, energetic blocks or imbalances in the body, if left uncared for or "unhealed" will eventually lead to physical or mental distress. Sometimes these injuries or disturbances occur and we are not even aware of how they have effected us on a deeper energetic level.
